Elise is a classically trained French Pastry Chef. She has worked in a Seattle doughnut empire, several busy French pastry shops, and an established chocolate factory. She brings a unique blend of traditional techniques and innovative flavors to her creations, to share her knowledge and passion for delicious pastries.
